GoPAWZ Mobile K9 Fitness, LLC Terms of Usage

  1. Scope of Services. GoPAWZ Mobile K9 Fitness, LLC (“GoPAWZ”) provides mobile canine fitness and conditioning services. Services are non-medical, non-veterinary, and non-diagnostic in nature.
  2. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities. Clients represent that they are the lawful owner or authorized handler of the dog and that the dog is healthy and current on required vaccinations, including rabies. Clients must disclose all relevant behavioral or medical information prior to service delivery.
  3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access. Appointments are subject to availability. GoPAWZ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, safety, mechanical issues, or operational constraints. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to fees as disclosed at booking.
  4. Assumption of Risk. Use of GoPAWZ services involves inherent risks related to animal activity and physical exertion. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.
  5. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted under New York law, GoPAWZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing herein limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  1. Indemnification. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoPAWZ from claims arising out of their dog’s actions, behavior, or participation in services.
  2. Payment & Pricing. Fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Pricing, packages, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
  3. Media & Content. GoPAWZ may capture photos or video for business purposes unless the client opts out in writing. All GoPAWZ branding and content remain the exclusive property of GoPAWZ.
  4. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
  5. Acceptance. By booking or using GoPAWZ services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Usage, including electronic acceptance.
